This listing is for a very rare / scarce pyro glazed one quart milk bottle from Whiting Dairy, Glenville, W. Va (West Virginia).

Minimal wear to the design.

No cracks, breaks or chips!

This inside the storage room of the old Stout's Mills, W Va. General Store & Post Office that is now closed.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
I ship most items via the USPS (Post office), very heavy / large items are shipped DHL ground. 
No, I do not use Fed Ex or UPS.

Unless there is a large difference, shipping is Priority Mail or if parcel Post is over 10 days, then Priority Only, except INTERNATIONAL.

ALL priority mail shipping includes delivery confirmation at NO additional charge.

Heavy items will normally be shipped parcel post unless otherwise requested.

I ship books USPS, BOOK RATE and cards and other matter First Class unless otherwise requested.

INTERNATIONAL - ALL Glassware is AIR only, NO surface shipping, too fragile.
All International customs forms will filled out for the exact dollar amount of the purchase, NOT as gifts or samples. To do otherwise violates United States laws and those of you country.
ALL International sales have a $2.00 handling fee added to shipping totals.

INSURANCE INFORMATION:

Insurance an add on option (unless otherwise stated in description), if not selected, shipped at your risk. 

We pack very well, however, boxes can get crushed or have other things happen we have no control over; they can be lost as well.
Because of this insurance is recommended.  

We retain a copy of all post office receipts and delivery confirmation slips that show your name, address,  zip code and date and time shipped if there is ever an issue where your package is lost and you did not insure. 

INSURANCE RATES VIA USPS AS FOLLOW:

Basic Up to $50.00 - $1.35
$50.01 - $100.00 - $2.30 
Over $100.00:- $2.30 plus $1.05 for each $100 or fraction thereof over
$100 desired. 

DHL Shipments are all insured up to $100.00 by carrier. Amounts over $100.00 are .35 per $100.00 of value.

I accept Certified Bank Checks, Money Orders and payments via PayPal.
