Please call into the office for your RA# which will be required
to process your refund/repair/sizing. Please include a copy
of your invoice with a short description of what you would
like us to do; signed and with the RA# on it.
If you are seeking a refund please be advised that it takes
7 days (1 week) for a PayPal refund and 14 days (2 weeks)
for Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
If you are seeking to have your ring repaired or sized please
be advised that it takes 3 - 5 business days after we receive
the piece to be repaired or sized and shipped back to you.
WE DO NOT CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE: You will
be refunded the items purchase price minus the shipping charge.
Items that have been worn can still be returned. Any items
that have been sized by another jeweler, altered or damaged
in any way will NOT be accepted.
PAYMENT
~ All payments must be received within seven (7) days of auction
close.
~ Unpaid auctions will be forfeited after ten (10) business
days.
~ To All Non-Paying Bidders: By clicking the
Buy It Now and committing to buy, you are entered into a legal
binding contract. If you fail to submit payment you are breaching
