 If in the first 7 days you are not total happy with your purchase, contact us for a RMA# to return the item and we will refund your entire amount paid, including all S/H charges.

Insurance: On orders where the total winning bids/BIN prices exceeds $100.00 we do offer shipping insurance of $1.50 per $100.00.  This insurance is optional.  However if insurance is declined we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items.  Orders with a total bids/BINS under $100.00 are covered automatically.

Satisfaction Guarantee: We Guarantee that you will be happy with your purchase.  If for  any reason you are not totally satisfied in the first 30 days after arrival of your purchase please contact us to obtain an RMA# to return your product. If item is returned to us within 14 days of arrival we will refund the entire amount paid for the item including S/H!!

The cost to ship item back is at customer's expense.
All returns must be in original box with all accessories and literature.
We are not responsible for items that are damaged during return shipment.
We recommend that you purchase insurance to protect yourself against damage
and lost packages when shipping items for a return

Items returned to us with a valid RMA# within 14 days of arrival to you will be refunded the total amount paid including S/H.
Returns not related to non-working or damaged items or are received or are returned after 14 days from arrival  are subject to a 15% restocking fee


Winning Bidder Notification: Winning bidders will receive an email from us with a link taking them to checkout for their auction.  This email is in addition to the email you will receive from eBay.

Multiple Auctions Won: For every extra item we offer a $5.00USD discount.  If you are bidding on multiple auctions email us once all items are closed.  We will then send you an updated invoice.
